Product description
The material is evenly fed to the upper magnetic field area of the rotating semi-magnetic drum through the mechanical swing feeding device, and the magnetic material is adsorbed on the drum surface and rotates with the drum. Because magnetic materials and non-magnetic materials have different magnetic force in the magnetic field, magnetic particles are adsorbed on the surface of the drum by magnetic force in the magnetic field, and are thrown off when they are brought to the non-magnetic field area. Due to the different magnetic force, non-magnetic and weak magnetic particles have different throwing trajectories. The stronger the magnetism is, the closer it is to the drum when it is thrown away. The surrounding direction adopts alternating magnetic field and swings with a certain angle and period, so as to achieve the function of separation.
Requirements for sorting materials
If the iron content is less than 50%, the iron can be thrown into the magnetic material area at the back of the machine, and most non-magnetic materials can be dropped in the front, which can be bagged or packed reasonably. Sorting products require sorting of waste products from granular, dry powder, fluid materials, or metal chips, lathes, grinders and other products. Those with a diameter of more than 50mm upward cannot be separated and need to be selected manually to avoid damaging the magnetic drum.
